We needed reliability and heavy duty operating specifications so we put stainless steel grade hardware throughout, and moved the end caps to a higher grade of commercial materials. And yes, you don't get to see the bubbles through the acrylic, but these units quietly work under your hood where you can forget about them and know they will maintain a productive lifetime of service. We recommend operating them between 10 and 15 amps. Our baseline testing uses 12 amps and produces .8 liters per minute of HHO. We recommend the DC450 for engines 3 liters and less.

First, it's been manufactured and tested for more than a year, and it regularly incorporate changes and upgrades based on customer feedback. Second, you will find all the materials are the highest grade for HHO applications and assembled with good manufacturing tolerances. Consider this unit where size is important (less than 150mm square by 125mm deep) but you need more output than the little mini units can handle. Smaller units are compact but their active plate area is usually less than 9 square inches. This units larger plates allows for 35% more surface area. This cell design is a bit larger than the DC450 footprint. Larger plates in a similar configuration give this unit more surface area to produce HHO gas. This unit is perfect for engines around 4 liters as its baseline output at 12 amps is 1100 ml per minute. The cell overall measures 200mm square and about 75mm deep. The custom 8 plate design allows for a balanced and predictable supply of HHO ready for your engine. Typical lifetime for this unit is over 75,000 miles and when combined with a PWM power supply, it is a tremendously reliable unit for a wide array of vehicles.

Double Sized Unit Built with Double Thick Plates We designed this unit with 12 inch plates for heavy duty applications. By heavy duty we mean high levels of HHO output, but also very long duty life for commercial applications. The stainless plates are heavy 16 gauge steel, and the unit weighs in around 30 pounds when installed. Its baseline production at 24 amps is 2 liters per minute. You can see there is plenty of room to increase output, but also recognize this is easily enough for any 8 liter engine. We also pair it with our custom 50 amp PWM that is virtually maintenance free. We include over 20 feet of heavy gauge for the dry cell's power supply, and another 8 feet for connecting the remote power switch for the systems' power relay. | PWM 40A - Current Limiting Design Latest Revision of New Circuit Design While most Pulse Width Modulators do adjust the current to the HHO generator, they do NOT self adjust as the unit increases its operating temperature. This can lead to a runaway reaction and overheating your HHO system. This unit gives you both advantages. First, it 'pulses' the current to the HHO generator making more effective use of the current draw. Secondly, it automatically maintains the amperage you set when the unit is first turned on. As your driving day continues and operating temperatures rise, the PWM automatically holds and limits the total current the unit can draw. This is done by reducing the 'duty cycle' which is the percentage of time the pulse in 'on' during every second. Designed for up to 40 amp draws, It's rugged and it delivers. But most importantly, you don't have to monitor your HHO generators current use all the time. It uses an externally mounted cooling fan and is cased in a heavy duty aluminum box. You can plug and play the unit, or open it to fully adjust the duty cycle, the current draw as well as the frequency. PWMs are an upgrade to the standard HHO configurations. Additional Information This unit is ready to install per the provided instructions and diagrams. Frequency is adjustable from 1 to 10KHz and comes factory set around 2.5KHz. Max RMS current is approximately 40 amps and the duty cycle starts at near 100%. As the cell heats up, peak current will rise, but the duty cycle will fold back an equal amount to keep the current draw (amperage) constant.
AU$179.95 | Fuel Saver Flash Chip Modify Your ECU Profile for HHO Demands In the early days of HHO technology, many vehicles were unable to benefit due to the strict parameters of their computer management systems. These computers are generally referred to as ECUs (Engine Control Units) and some would simply not allow fuel economy to improve beyond certain programmed values. As HHO technology advances, more vehicles are able to benefit despite these ECU limitations. The Flash Chip is one of the newest products to address and solve the limitations of many modern vehicle ECUs. How This Works Inside every ECU is a three dimensional table of values called a Map. This table tells your fuel injectors exactly how much fuel to deliver based upon current air temperature, density, engine speed, throttle position, and other variables. From the factory, the Map is generic and designed to provide a sluggish, no-surprises style of driving that suits a wide range of drivers. It is especially ignorant to the benefits of HHO systems and their ability to burn fuel at a much greater air to fuel mixture ratio than usual. The Flash Chip corrects this problem by providing a pre-programmed and highly tuned Map for the ECU to reference. The tuned Map contains a set of variables that directly allow for better fuel efficiency. When the ECU attempts to read specific factory settings, the Flash Chip patches the factory value with one from its tuned Map. In this way, when the Flash Chip recognizes an HHO system is operating, parts of the factory Map are temporarily replaced with improved variables from the tuned Maps. This technique safely unleashes your engine's ability to use less gasoline and it doesn't void the warranty. And yes, it's easy to remove and restore the computer to factory settings when desired. How It Installs Simply locate the OBD-II port, connect the Flash Chip to four wires found BEHIND the port, and you're done. Bring the vehicle up to operating temperature and then press the reset button to start saving fuel. Additional Information Our Flash Chips do not work with hybrids, propane nor natural gas vehicles. The EFIE Max was developed for most every situation you will encounter. Whether handling 1, 2 or 4 sensors, this unit should be able to cover your requirements. (Wide Band AFR sensors are still a different animal and require our wide band EFIE.) More often on newer cars, all sensors require some adjustment. The EFIE Max provides digital control over the front sensors, and also allows separate analog adjustment for the rear sensors. If you don't have extra sensors to handle, you simply leave those terminals unconnected. The Benefits of Digital The EFIE Max has a number of important new features. Primarily, the new units can make the air/fuel mix much leaner than earlier designs. Although we do not recommend over-leaning your mixture, the operating range of this device is very wide. At the high end settings, the engine can be made to stall entirely. More importantly, it provides rock steady adjustment settings no matter the temperature of the environment. It varies less than 1/2 of 1% over it's rated temperature range of -40 to 125 Centigrade. Now that's steady. It also works with older, "tired" oxygen sensors that should have been replaced. Mind you, if they are old, they should still be replaced, but if they are working prior to your EFIE install, they will still work with this EFIE. And finally, the adjustment knobs modify and adjust both the sensors equally making it much easier to set. This is truly the next generation in EFIE technology!
AU$ 169.95 | Clear Bubbler Safety Unit 
About 25% of the systems we sell also use a Bubbler device of some sort. These units are often called 'dryers' and they serve an important function in specific installations. The original purpose for these units was twofold. First, there was a concern about possible intake manifold backfires that would ignite the HHO gas and send an explosive flame along the hoses and probably cause damage. Over time, this is a valid point generally for older carbureted vehicles. Newer vehicles with fuel injectors seldom create a situation for backfires to occur. The Bubbler design acts like a check valve so that any possible ignition of the HHO is stopped at the waters surface and therefore cannot continue past the Bubbler, down to the HHO generator. Secondly, people felt a need to 'scrub' the HHO gas clean to prevent electrolyte residues from entering the engine and possibly damaging certain metals. This was definitely true in early HHO generator designs that were less efficient than today. Often the units would be operated at too high a current draw to produce the needed amount of HHO. This excessive amperage (and inefficiency of poorly designed units) caused heat that actually boiled the electrolyte solution and created steam and 'spill overs' of the solution into the vehicles intake manifold. Today, most units are designed to run cooler and when properly installed do not create steam or spills into the engine. However, the Bubbler is a great way allow the HHO to pass through (or bubble) the unit filled about halfway with water. Any impurities are caught by the water along with any steam residues. This unit is definitely one of the best designed and manufactured. It is CNC'd with curved diameter edges, is uses high quality clear material, and it can be easily opened and serviced when desired.
